Here are the suicide helplines for some countries, something to write down if you suffer from suicidal tendencies, mild to severe depression, anxiety, anything. In case of emergency, for yourself or for others, call for help, and you don't have to resort to doing something drastic. You are one phonecall away from postponement and help, and it'll be worth it, I promise.
Feeling hopeless/helpless isn't your fault. It's only chemicals, and you must remember that- and though it may be hard to remember that, remember how your brain is part of your body. An amputated leg and and whatever mental illness you have are both practically the same. So reach out for help when you need it, it will help you and it will be worth it.
Keep these numbers close, make sure to find some love in something, and if you don't, keep looking.Try changing what you can change for the better, but don't feel bad about the things you can't change. I hope you'll never need these numbers, but here they are, if you will.
