Workout ✔️ So who’s fallen off track eating clean this holiday season? ✋🏾 I am so guilty of this, this year. I haven’t been getting much sleep with my kids taking turns being sick, so it’s been easy to eat whatever and skip a few workouts. You eat enough pieces of pizza and you just start feeling like “blah” I just feel better when I eat good and I’m working out. I have more energy, I’m less tried, and I’m in a much better mood!
