Great BBQ lunch at #citybbq
. Eating BBQ is one of my favorite things. Beef Brisket and Pork Shoulder are probably the oldest and most common. These cuts used to be thrown out because they were too fatty and too tough to eat. Smart people figured out that they needed to be cooked at a low temp for an extended amount of time which is different from other cuts. Cooked properly these cuts are tender with lots of flavor. Lots of things in life are this way. You can’t cook every cut of meat the same way and you cant treat every relationship or challenge in life the same way.
