Yes, that's me at about 225 lbs 🤔
I get messages on social media and see overweight men and women while I'm working out looking frustrated saying it's not worth it and they're never going to lose weight...but I want each and every one of you who is struggling with weight loss to know it's possible.
The hardest part is starting, to make the decision to begin a new lifestyle and routine, but once you're truly mentally ready to change your life you will find the strength and the fight.
Whether you have 20 or 50 or 100 or 200 lbs to lose know that with determination, consistency and time you can conquer and destroy your goals.
Be kind to yourself. Find workout activities that you enjoy and look forward to. Go outside. Play a sport. Just be active. Pace yourself, do it at your own speed. Explore new and healthy food and be brave to face the scale letting that be your daily motivation to make better, healthier diet and exercise choices as many days as you can. There will be setbacks, there will be delays and for some even bad days that turn into weeks and months but gather yourself, return to battle and learn from your mistakes. You can do this! 💃
Believe in yourself 💛
