Physique update! 2 weeks out!
I've surpassed my goals! I weighed in at 168.4 lbs this morning! And my waist measured 28"! This is the best conditioning I have ever had! I need to bring that national level physique & conditioning if I want to do well! So that's what I've done. And I am damn proud of myself. -
I broke my plateau of 173 lbs by adding more carbs back into my diet! I found myself feeling all the effects of prep the last few weeks and I wasn't losing weight, so I added in more cardio and that didn't seem to budge the scale. I was feeling like garbage.
So i started researching and I found out about multi-day refeeds! So basically, I was in a sort of starvation mode and my body was retaining fat and maintaining the same weight. So I've added about 50 more carbs into my diet over the last 4 days and I keep reaching new lows! I feel 10x better! AND I'm able to retain more muscle! Let's see how far I can walk these carbs up while losing weight!
All in all, this prep couldn't have gone better in my opinion. I've learned so much and broke records already. No matter what the outcome is in 2 weeks, I know I've brought my best! That's all I could ask for! 😁
