It’s the day after thanksgiving, I’m a health and fitness coach and here’s what you are NOT going to hear from me: “get back on track” or “get back on the wagon” 🤭 see, I don’t believe in dieting or restrictions—I believe in lifestyle and LIVING! I believe in being healthy all year round and that includes having a healthy mind and relationship with food and fitness AND life 🙏🏽 what’s life without stuffing and pie? What’s life when you’re punishing yourself or feeling guilty for what you ate? I’ve been there—I used to obsess about food, under eat, binge, over train, take fat loss pills, and guess what? It never brought happiness or freedom! 🙅🏽♀️ So, what did? Fitness programs I follow from home that are effective, challenging, and FUN, a FLEXIBLE + SUSTAINABLE PCS meal plan, and giving myself freedom to enjoy holidays date nights and pizza 🍕👅 .
So I’m not here to tell you to get back on track, I’m here to help you find FREEDOM and overall health that sustains you through life and all of its ups and downs. Go on and LOVE yourself 🤜🏽⚡️🤛🏽
