WHAT DOES IT MEAN 'RECOVERED FROM AN ED'? To never struggle and never feel uncomfortable?
To feel always positive and never in doubt?
Is it all physical, is it all about having our period or not? Is it all about bodies, weight, BMI or when the focus is no more on food?
I knew women who suffered of Anorexia and never lost their period. I knew women who suffered of bulimia and nobody could notice it. I knew girls, guys, soldiers 'recovered' after months, and others after years. Everybody differently.
So who can define the word 'recovered'? Is it mainly a FEELING?
To me it is about PEACE, about becoming BALANCED. #throwback
🎅🏼🎂🍫 It is about truly enjoying a long lasting period without losing weight and not wishing to lose weight. Without even thinking about your weight, without crying for a scale, without feeling the need to exercise.
I don't think it's human or possible to be always at the top and enthusiast about our own person 💁🏼 I do believe it's possible to HAVE A GOOD RELATIONSHIP with our BODIES, MINDS and FOOD (!)
👉🏻 Goodmorning people 🤗📝 I'm taking this travel-day 🚊 (or days 🤔🔜) to reflect and metabolize the last Recovery changes 💆🏼
To not fight with the world 'fat' and to not be sad about old tight clothes 🔙 to eat outside, inside and all around without struggling or documenting everything immediately ✋🏻 If I really want to detach and leave the past behind, sooner or later this step is needed 😰 What would you say (?) Do you think I can? 🙏🏻 And what about the world 'recovered'? What is your definition❓👇🏻
Hope we could anyway support each other and coming to the end of the journey together 🙋🏼
