This time last year, I was miserable. I was working a job that sounded downright perfect on paper, but I hated. I was suffering from undiagnosed and untreated depression and anxiety. Because I was so miserable, I wasn't eating well, sleeping well, or exercising. I needed a major change. Thanks to the world's most patient husband, a kind therapist, and taking the leap to do the work I really love and believe in, I'm an entirely different person this December. A happier, healthier, motivated person who's actually excited for what's to come in the new year. I share my story in case you're in that place this year. Know you are far from the only one. You can make a change (and it can start small!). Next year can feel different.
